Nice to meet you

I have been working as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian for 6 years, after graduating from Flinders University with an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics.

I completed the Early Life Nutrition Alliance Fertility training in 2022 and 2024 to become a Certified Fertility Dietitian.

I’m Kaitlin, your fertility dietitian.

I get it.

I live in a small country town, on a farm with my husband, two dogs, cat and pet python.

Having grown up in the country, and worked as a dietitian in multiple regional areas, I understand the challenges you face trying to access healthcare close to home. I understand the delays in getting an appointment, the extra costs involved with travelling to the nearest city to see a specialist, and the isolation you can feel.

That’s why I’m passionate about providing accessible services to couples living rurally.

A better future for you, your future child, and the Earth

At KM Dietetics, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on creating lasting, meaningful changes in your diet that you can maintain for a lifetime. We’re also dedicated to supporting future generations by reducing the risk of lifestyle-related diseases through the power of epigenetics. And, of course, we’re committed to the health of our planet, helping you make food choices that are as kind to the Earth as they are to your body.

Why fertility?

My interest in fertility sparked during my Honours degree on gestational diabetes. I found the concept of nutrition altering outcomes for both mother and child so fascinating.

I also love that it takes on a proactive and preventative approach to health and wellbeing. Fertility is also such a common but taboo topic. So being able to provide support and advice for women trying to get pregnant, when things aren’t as simple as just having s*x, can make all the difference.
