I’m a Certified Fertility Dietitian
I’ve been a dietitian for over 6 years and have worked in a variety of settings. Growing up and living in the country inspired me to offer accessible, personalised nutrition services to women in rural areas and beyond.
After completing the Early Life Nutrition Alliance Fertility Nutrition course, I found a passion for supporting women with PCOS through their unique challenges.
When I’m not working, I love to cook, sew new outfits, and explore nature with my husband and 2 border collies.

In your 90-minute initial appointment, we’ll take a deep dive into your unique situation to truly understand your journey. We’ll cover everything—from your medical history to blood tests, current symptoms, supplements, and diet.
By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with a tailored roadmap that empowers you to take control of your health, regain your period, improve your acne and facial hair, and make confident steps to ditching the fad diets forever.
We then meet every 2 weeks for our review appointments to ensure you stay supported every step of the way. Review appointments are 30 minutes each and designed to help you overcome roadblocks, refine your plan, and stay motivated as you progress toward optimal health. Each review brings you closer to your ultimate goal of feeling your best, without missing out on the fun things in life.

If you have dietetics on your private health cover or a Medicare care plan from your GP, you could be eligible for a rebate on your consults. Payment is required upfront, and you can then submit your receipt to your health insurer or Medicare for reimbursement. Please be aware that these rebates typically cover only part of the fee, so be prepared for a gap payment.
