She is currently offering online appointments for all nutrition concerns, with the hope to introduce in-person appointments in the Limestone Coast of SA soon!

What types of appointments do you offer?
Initial appointment: this is a 50 minute appointment that allows Kaitlin to understand your medical, social, and diet history to enable her to help you develop nutrition goals and strategies. Cost $175
Review appointment: this is a 30 minute follow-up appointment to see how you are progressing and adjust the plan as required. Cost $110
Packages are available at a discounted price.
Can I use private health insurance or Medicare?
If you have dietetics on your private health cover, or you have a Medicare care plan from your GP, you may be eligible to get money back from your consults. You will need to pay for the appointment up front and then submit the receipt to your health insurance provider, or to Medicare for reimbursement. This is likely not going to be the whole fee, so please ensure you are aware of the gap payment.
How do I attend my appointment?
Currently I am only offering appointments online via Telehealth. This means you can attend from a comfortable and confidential space of your own. You will receive a unique Telehealth link when you book your appointment. This will be used for all of your appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
KM Dietetics acknowledges that life can get busy at times and things pop up. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid any cancellation fees. Please note that cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
